We are a specialized factory that professionally manufactures and processes various types of yarn. Yarn serves as the fundamental material in textile production, as it determines the quality, texture, and performance of fabrics. Our textile yarn factory undergoes a series of processes such as raw material procurement, spinning, twisting, and precision processing to transform fibers into yarns of different specifications and types. Equipped with modern spinning equipment and advanced technologies, we can process various types of fibers, including bamboo, cotton, silk, linen, polyester, nylon, and more. Through meticulous control of the spinning process and adjustment of spinning parameters, our textile factory is able to produce yarns that are stable, strong, and soft. These yarns meet high-quality standards, ensuring excellent performance in fabric production.
From meticulous fiber selection to rigorous quality inspection, we follow a strict procurement process and conduct comprehensive evaluations. We prioritize natural, sustainable, biodegradable or recycled fibers. Rest assured, every fiber used in our production is certified by OCS, fsc, O-Tex100, GOTS or meets our strict criteria for quality and sustainability.

From dye formulation to application, our fabric dyeing process exemplifies precision and eco-consciousness. We employ advanced techniques（reactive single dyeing, double dyeing, disperse dyeing, acid dyeing）to ensure vibrant and lasting colors while strictly adhering to environmental regulations and standards.
